We do not refund if you have simply changed your mind. Refunds or credits will be considered, but not guaranteed. You must notify Sophie Blue of any defective goods within 7 days of receiving the goods. Where Sophie Blue agrees that the delivered goods are defective through faulty materials, these items must be returned within 7 days from notification at your own postage cost. Please include purchase reference or packing slip and indicate the reason for the return in writing.

Upon acceptance of the request and at the sole discretion of Sophie Blue, items will be either replaced, refunded or a credit of the purchase price will be arranged with you. Replacement, refund or credit will be processed within 7-14 days on receipt and clearance of goods via your method of payment.
